Move In Costs
Move In Deposit: $500 one time refundable, required. $1000 one time refundable, required (Based on Floorplan)
Application Fee: $45 per applicant, required
Conditional Deposit: Additional 1/2 month or 1 month deposit based on credit score, one time refundable
Other Fees
Early Termination: 150% of 1 month's rent, conditional
Return Item/NSF: $25 per occurrence, conditional
Late Fee: $200, conditional on payment date
Pet Costs
Pet Deposit (Cat): $300 one time refundable, conditional
Pet Deposit (Dog): $300 one time refundable, conditional
Pet Rent: $35 per pet/ per month, conditional
Additional Fees That May Apply
Parking: $225/month, optional
Storage: $50/month, optional
Bicycle Storage: $20/month, optional

Gas: Allocation based on a combination of square footage of your dwelling unit and the number of persons residing in your dwelling unit, required.
Electricity: Electric service paid by you directly to service provider, required.
Storm Water Drainage: Allocation based on a combination of square footage of your dwelling unit and the number of persons residing in your dwelling unit, required.
Water Heating: Allocation based on a combination of square footage of your dwelling unit and the number of persons residing in your dwelling unit, required.
Failure to Establish Services Fee: $50 per occurrence, conditional.
Internet: Internet service paid by you directly to service provider, optional.
