Fuzzy Friends Are Welcome at Heartline
Your pet is part of your family. Our resident cats love curling up in large swaths of sun that stream through our apartments’ floor-to-ceiling windows. And our dog tenants get plenty of exercise walking their owners through the urban avenues and green spaces of the Pearl District. Our pet spa/dog wash station is perfect after returning from walks on rainy Northwest days.
We allow up to two (2) pets per household. Pet rent is $35/pet per month, and each pet requires a $300 deposit at move-in. Note: service/companion animals may not be subject to this list.

Pet and Breed Restrictions
Dog Breeds
Restricted breeds that may not visit or be maintained in the Leased Premises include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Pit Bulls
- Rottweilers
- Presa Canario
- German Shepherds
- Malamutes
- Dobermans
- Chowchows
- St. Bernards
- Great Danes
- Akitas
- Terriers (Staffordshire)
- American Bull Dog
- Karelian Bear Dog
- Any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the aforementioned breeds
Poisonous Animals
Restricted animals that may not visit or be maintained in the Leased Premises include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Tarantulas
- Piranhas
Exotic Animals
Restricted animals that may not visit or be maintained in the Leased Premises include, but are not limited to the following:
- Reptiles (snakes, iguanas)
- Ferrets
- Skunks
- Raccoons
- Squirrels
